We can accept finished digital artwork in formats including .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .cdr (Corel Draw), .eps (Encapsulated Postscript), and .png (Portable Network Graphics) at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
We ask that, where applicable, all text be converted to curves or that the files be "packed" for a commercial printing service with all placed images and fonts included. In rare cases we can accept high quality .pdf (Portable Document Format) files at a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
Artwork cannot typically be accepted in .gif (Graphics Interchange Format), .jpg (Jpeg) or other similar formats without additional artwork charges being incurred.
There is typically no artwork charge for designs selected from our Stock Designs on our Design page or finished artwork submitted as outlined in paragraph 1 above.
Due to many factors including quality, copyright, etc. we regret that we cannot accept artwork created in and/or sent from online design sites. We would be happy to recreate these designs as closely as possible however artwork charges will apply and an exact match cannot be guaranteed.
